Structured Media Systems

This program is a simple way for the builder to provide homeowners with a structured media system that can be built to fit all of the media needs of a new homebuyer.

Teamed up to make structured wiring easier than ever, Residential Media Services, Co. offers various base packages to meet the needs of the home builder as well as the home buyer. This Residential Media Services Co., Structured Media System package can be standard in all of the builder’s homes. All tap locations can be placed to meet your needs, or let our expert sales team speak with the homebuyer to accommodate their telephone, media (cable TV/satellite), home entertainment (home theater surround sound/whole house audio), data (internet/networking), security, as well as central vac requirements. Additional options are also available. The Structured Media System package can provide builders with one-stop shopping. A single invoice or P.O. for multiple services equals less paperwork and more time for doing what you need to do. Our new program provides you with the wiring infrastructure that will meet the technology needs of today and tomorrow at a significantly reduced price. Structured Media Systems provides a streamlined product that is highly flexible and upgradeable. Rather than providing a high-end, costly base package that may not meet the needs of every homeowner, Structured Media Systems provides a robust base product that includes all of the necessary cabling to enhance the ability of the homeowner to decide how many or few upgrade options they will need.

All Upgrade Options of the Residential Media Services, Co. product line are made available within the Structured Media Systems program. Each tap location will have two Cat5e and two RG-6 Coaxial Cable runs.  The homeowners can decide how they want to trim out these locations based on their individual needs.  By running the four wires to each location, each homeowner can upgrade their taps now or in the future.  The key aspect to structured wiring is making sure the correct wire is behind the walls. Structured Media Systems provides the infrastructure behind the walls during construction to maximize the benefit for homeowners.

Unprecedented sales support ensures that your homeowners get the right packages, properly configured and placed in the proper locations.  Our team of expert Structured Media Systems representatives will discuss the program with each homeowner, complete the order process and layout their system floor plans. Residential Media Services, Co. structured wiring experts will take care of all of the inside wiring details.  Let our structured wiring experts answer all of your customers’ questions and we will ensure homeowners are getting exactly what they want, where they want it. No more confusion, misrepresentations or flawed floor plans to affect the production schedule or create pre-settlement walk-through nightmares.

 Easy to understand tap configurations

Because every tap location has four wires behind the wall, the possibilities for each location are virtually unlimited. Add an option depending on your lifestyle needs.
